• Please go through this list carefully, as it includes forms and information that will help our school nurses take better care of your children.

• Please be sure that all parental and doctor's signatures are filled in completely where applicable.

• Please note and address the immunization schedule of required immunizations for preschoolers and incoming 6th graders.

• Medical Forms must be completed annually.

• No student will be allowed into class without completed medical forms.

NEW TO RYNJ!!!

This year we will be doing lice checks before school starts. Please adhere to the following schedule to help the process run smoothly.

Family Last Name: A-L Please be in school on Thursday, August 30, between 9 AM and 12 Noon.

Family Last Name: M-Z Please be in school on Tuesday, September 4, between 9 Am and 1:30 PM.

Lice checks will be done upstairs in the concourse outside the main gym.
